Back to the daily Routine!!

I'm back to my daily routine. My Conference in Ft. Worth went great but i'm so glad to be back home. Missed my princess so much. Before i left i tried explaining to her that she wouldn't see me for a couple of days and she did seem to grasp the concept after a while, but when they are that little, not seeing mommy for a couple of hours seems like forever to them, so i know that an entire week seemed like eternity to her..She was SUPER exited to see me when i got and didn't want to leave my side for a second. I got in late on Friday night so we didn't do much but relax at home and we did even more relaxing all day saturday. Ariana didn't want to leave the house...She watched Hannah Montana the movie 3 times back to back...That girl can already sing most of the songs on the movie. Saturday night we went to the Fiesta Hispana Benefit dance, which went great. Ariana had lots of fun dancing with her cousin Seleste, She was knocked out by 11 though, so she went to grandma's and I went back to the dance. I had a good time! Sunday we spent a couple of hours at my sister's house for a little fish fry. Ariana got to play with all of the cousins and had a good time out there with them. I have a super busy work week this week with end of month/first of month stuff so i'm sure it will fly by and next week i only have a 3 day work week. :-)...The picture below is of Ariana when i got home from my conference..as you can see she had such a huge smile on her face. the others were from the fiesta hispana dance. Superstar Birthday Girl!

Ariana's Birthday party went great. She had such a good time with all her family and friends. Thanks to everyone who made it out to the party. I hope you enjoyed it also. Ariana recieved lots of gifts...a ton of clothes, shoes, toys, makeup, money, and lots of other things. Opening presents was Ariana's favorite part of course, she wanted to skip the cake and everything else and go straight to opening presents but i had to make her wait. LOL..she didn't get a nap so she was very snappy at times and definitley Little Ms. Attitude, but it was her day! SPECIAL THANK YOU TO the grandparents you guys are awesome and were SO MUCH HELP In everything...WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!! On Sunday Ariana slept in until 10:00 a.m....wow..thats very late for her, LOL..that girl usually has me up by 8:00 a.m. on weekends and i'm lucky to get to sleep in until 9:00 on most weekends. She enjoyed playing with all her gifts and even tried on some of the clothes. She has been carrying her birthday cards in a hannah montana backpack and has opened them over and over again. I have read them to her SO MANY TIMES... you would be suprised at how much she really enjoys those cards. She does have 2 favorite ones. and they do happen to be the music ones..She opens them up, grabs a microphone and sings her little heart out...she is something else. I have a very busy week at work and a busy weekend ahead. On Sunday i will be leaving for a conference in Ft. Worth for the whole week. She's a Big Girl Now!!!

My princess is 4 today. WOW. She says she is a big girl now. Last night when we were talking about her birthday being today she asked "but how am i going to grow" LOL..she is so funny. She has had it in her head that when she turned 4 she was going to grow taller, LOL, so she expected it to happen over night. She woke up in such a great mood, maybe because she woke up to me singing happy birthday to her. she kept telling me, mommy, sing it again...omg, i probably sang it 10 times at her request, LOL. Hopefully she has a great day at daycare. We aren't doing anything too big for her today since her Birthday party is on Saturday. But we will celebrate a little with her favorite. Pizza and cake with strawberries of course!

Fundraising!!

We had what i will consider our First fundraiser for Ariana's X-Treme Jazz dance team on Saturday. It was hamburger plate lunches. Ariana and I met our goal of selling 100 tickets. I was so excited for that. Thanks to everyone who supported us in this without your support it wouldn't have been possible to sell all those plates. the Fundraiser was for the PeeWee team (which ariana is on) and the elementary team. What i liked about this fundraiser was that whatever each dancer sold went to them only, minus the cost of course. Team MOMS did an excellent job in organizing this event and I am also very THANKFUL to them for all their hard work, they did a great job in keeping the cost down, after all is taken into acount i think each dancer's part is going to be no more than $35.00. All funds raised from the tickets we sold will benefit Ariana in her Contest, Cosutme, and uniform fees for this year. It was a long day of being in the heat and on my feet. I got there at around 10:00 a.m. and didn't leave until 4:00 p.m. but it was all WORTH IT!!! After all that was said and done i went home and got about 1 hr 1/2 of rest and sleep. because then i was up and ready for some mommy time out. LOL. I went to a benefit dance in East Bernard. Jimmy Gonzalez and Mazz along with two other bands played, It was an awesome dance. I had a blast and danced all night long. Ariana stayed home with grandma. when i picked her up sunday morning she was really excited to see me, she said MOMMY.."I Missed You" and gave me a huge hug...aww I just love those moments...They are priceless!!!

Hannah Montana!

As most of you know Ariana will be turning 4 on August 13th. Plans for her party are underway, LOL. Her party is set for Saturday August15th. She is going to be having a Hannah Montana themed party at her request! She is very excited about it and has been talking about it for months. She has been going to so many birthday parties and she is glad that it is finally going to be her turn. Hope eveything goes well!

New to this!!!

Hello, everyone...Ok so since i haven't been keeping up with Ariana's Bundle of Joy's website i figured i would try the whole Blogging thing...Never really been into it, but i think it will be a good way for everyone to keep up with whats going on with us and see how Ariana is growing. I originally opened an account on here back in March, hoping to have it up and running, and well as you can see it didn't happen. So here it goes...we will see how i do this time around!!!
